All Levels: All Levels Flow energizes your body and mind with an active flow incorporating core strength, stretching, and breathing in a dynamic moving sequence and incorporates a guided relaxation at the end of class.

Beginners: Level 1 classes are designed for those who have had little exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. The beginner classes consist of repetitive, slow-paced poses and direction.  A great level of detail is given so participants can become familiar with basic yoga poses and use of the breath.

Meditation Sessions: 30 or 60 minute sessions - set to calm music or complete silence. Session will focus on the practice of mindfulness, pranayama (breathing techniques), intention setting, affirmations and achieving mental clarity and peace.

Yoga Therapy- 60 to 90 minute individual session that includes Talk therapy, Mediation and Yoga. Schedule a free 15 minute connection call so I can learn more about you and your needs.

Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is holding a relaxed posture for typically 3-5 minutes, exerting positive stress on the subtle body tissues, as a way to trigger the body's natural repair response leading to stronger and more supple joints. 

Soul Yoga- This class includes a gentle flow of postures done to soulful tunes, good for all levels

Yoga for Peace- This class includes meditation and gentle movements set to spiritual based tunes

Yoga to improve mental health: This class includes Affirmations, meditation, gentle movement and poses geared towards relieving anxiety and depression.

Trap Yoga- Vinyasa-style /dance experience done to Hip-Hop style Trap music ( Perfect for Girl's night in)

Mommy and Me Yoga: Yoga for women and their children. Perfect for women of all ages and children starting at 3 years old and up

Restorative Yoga: As the name suggests, this style of yoga “restores” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, and restore balance. By allowing time for longer asanas (postures or poses) and deeper breathing, restorative yoga helps elicit the relaxation response.

Hatha Class

Power Yoga: Power yoga, which is also known as Vinyasa yoga, is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. Although it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga, and provides a good cardio and strength-training workout.

Chair Yoga: Chair Yoga is a specific form of yoga as therapy  practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.  Perfect for all levels including senior adults 

Couples Yoga: This practice allows two people to relate to one another through assisted poses. From stretching your levels of trust to strengthening your communication, couples yoga can have a positive effect on your relationship that extends far beyond the physical.
